Meet The Founder
Registered Nephrology Nurse | Kidney Health Advocate | Renal Counselor| Founder, R.H.S.N
Nr. Gimba Hassan Godwin is a dedicated Registered Nephrology Nurse with a burning passion for transforming the state of kidney health care in Nigeria. As the visionary founder of the Renal Healthcare and Support Network (R.H.S.N), he brings to the table not just medical expertise—but deep empathy for patients, families, and underserved communities facing the harsh realities of kidney disease.
Driven by the rising cases of kidney failure and the tragic loss of lives due to late diagnosis and poor access to care, Nr. Godwin established R.H.S.N to bridge the gap between awareness and action, especially in rural, vulnerable and undeserved populations. He believes that kidney disease is not just a medical issue, but a social crisis that can be prevented with the right interventions.
With years of hands-on experience in clinical nursing and patient care, Nr. Godwin channels his knowledge into preventive nephrology, grassroots advocacy, and sustainable community health programs. His approach is simple but powerful: Educate, Screen, Support, Prevent.
Under his leadership, R.H.S.N has launched free screening campaigns, organized awareness walks, partnered with healthcare professionals, and provided hope to those who once had none.
“Every life saved is a legacy preserved.”
— Nr. Gimba Hassan Godwin
Nr. Godwin continues to lead with humility, integrity, and a fierce commitment to saving lives—one kidney at a time.
